Our standard team is two professionals. If you have a rather large home we will send an extra team member.
If you have a small home such as a studio or one bedroom flat we generally send one person.
A deep clean is our most thorough clean.
This type of service is generally reserved for customers who are booking their first cleaning with us. Or, customers who have not had their homes professionally cleaned in over three months.

We have a simple flat-rate pricing system based on the number of bedrooms your home has. We also have extras that charge separately. For example oven cleaning.

While it’s never intentional we do acknowledge that sometimes accidental damage may occur. If you have any concerns we ask that you forward us a photo of your concern to [email protected] and we will conduct an investigation with the team that was in your home.
We will respond within 24 hours and provide and ideally we will have a solution within seven days.
