All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check – DBS. Less than 5% of the people that apply end up working for our company.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

We have three levels of security in place.

First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL.

Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.

Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol.

In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check (DBS) on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer you a credit for future cleaning. We are so confident in our cleaners that we don’t need to offer refunds.

PRICING & POLICIES

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account (link below) in our customer portal and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select ‘redeem voucher’ and enter your code.

The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that is already completed.

You can view your current account balance (credits) by logging into our customer portal. Once logged in you will see your balance displayed on to the right-hand side of the screen.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance.

At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

We are a new-age company that runs on a cashless basis. Here is a fun fact. We have never touched a single coin or banknote. And never will!

To answer your question. When you normally book with us we always take a card. Your card is then pre-authorise up to 48 hours prior to the cleaning taking place. Once the cleaning is completed we push through the charge.

For the most part when you book the price you see is the price you pay. But, we know from experience that things come up. You might decide to add on an over-cleaning at the last minute or one of our other extras.

Or our cleaners might arrive and do their walk-through of your home and determine the service booked is not suitable. For example the home is beyond a standard size. Or the cleaning could be for a after party clean up that was not mentioned. Or perhaps the home is very dirty and a deep cleaning is in fact required. There are numerous reasons.

As a result the booking price may change. We will offer a new flat-rate or an hourly rate.

So it is possible that the voucher you have might not cover your required service. This is why we need a card on file even if you use a voucher. To make it easy for you, and us, if a situation comes up that required additional payment. Remember, we are a new-age cashless company.
